Choosing this option will lower the chances of any surprise breakdowns caused by years of neglect and age.

  • Premium Annual Maintenance Program

    This annual maintenance program comes with up to 10 years extended labour warranty under McKeever Heating and Air-Conditioning, and a spot on our preferred customer list.

    Preferred customers get a max discount of 10% off all of our products and services. Preferred customers are also given priority over which dates and times they want to book an appointment.

    This program must be renewed annually to continue to receive it’s benefits.

    Only units installed by McKeever Heating and Air-Conditioning are applicable for this program.

    • Perform a combustion analysis for heat exchanger.

    • Check and adjust gas manifold pressure.

    • Perform a static pressure test to check for duct restriction.

    • Check temperature rise.

    • Check wiring connections.

    • Clean flame sensor.

    • Clear drain pipe and trap.

    • Check for gas leaks.

    • Clean furnace cabinet and blower.

    • Check and replace filter.

    • Test heating operation.

    • Test humidifier operation (if applicable).

    • Check and replace humidifier pad (if applicable).

    • Inspect and clean condenser coil.

    • Check wiring connections.

    • Clean inside service panel.

    • Check refrigerant charge and adjust if necessary (extra charge may apply).

    • Test cooling operation.

    • Perform a static pressure test to check for duct restriction.

    • Clear drain pipe.

    • Check temperature drop.

    • Check and replace furnace filter.

    • Check for water leaks

    • Clear combustion air intake (for gas water heaters).

    • Check draft (for conventional water heaters).

    • Check for vent blockages (for gas water heaters)

    • Check for proper temperature and pressure relief valve operation and replace if necessary (additional charge).

    • Inspect anode rod and replace if necessary (additional charge).

    • Drain the water tank to get rid of sediment and refill the tank.

    • Test heating operation.

    • Check amperage draw (for electric water heaters).

    • Perform a combustion analysis for heat exchanger.

    • Inspect wire connections and check amperages.

    • Check for vent blockages.

    • Flush unit to clean out the copper tubing.

    • Check and adjust water pressure (if applicable).

    • Check water temperature rise.

    • Check air temperature rise (if applicable).
